Managing a Moneiba villa with FVPC
Owners of a Moneiba villa can entrust its management to Fuerteventura Property Care. We look after the villa as if it were our own: from rentals to check-in, cleaning and maintenance.
Where we come from
FVPC was founded in Corralejo in 2016 to manage holiday homes for their owners. We then focused on villas. Today we develop and manage Moneiba.
What we do for owners
- Rentals: once finished, the villas are booked through Fuerteventura Home Rent on dedicated portals.
- Guest welcome: check-in and check-out.
- Cleaning between stays.
- Villa maintenance.
Owners use their villa
The villas stand on tourist land: they can be rented to tourists and remain available for the owners' own stays.
What we do not quote
We do not state returns or yield figures. We go through the management terms together, with the documents.
