“We must base architecture on the environment”
Toyo Ito

The project was born from an Italian architectural firm, 16 modern villas, with garden and private pool, with a modern design.

Designed to guarantee maximum comfort and tranquility, protection from the wind and prying eyes. Privacy in pure nature.

The name MONEIBA indicates the "Queen of Women" in the Canarian aboriginal language.
The history of the name MONEIBA dates back to Canarian aboriginal mythology, representing a female divinity, the mother goddess who personifies fertility, protection and care. This association with fertility and protection suggests a place of refuge and growth for those who live in the villas, as well as a welcoming and safe environment to enjoy the pleasures of life, tranquility and calm that only the island of Fuerteventura can offer.
